OUR SERVICES
Our mental health experts are trained in a variety of research-based approaches for children and families, including Theraplay®, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Sandtray, Somatic Experiencing, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Yoga-Informed Psychotherapy.
Our collaborative and creative approach helps open communication and develop new insights into behaviors that may be limiting your happiness. Our goal is to help you heal and move forward.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
INSURANCE AND FEES
Health Insurance
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. If you have another insurance provider, we will happily provide you with a detailed invoice for you to submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment
Appointments are $175 for intake assessments and $160 for 50 minute sessions.
Payment is due at time of appointment.
Sliding-fee-scale appointments are available.
Cancellations
To avoid being charged for your appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed completely, will be charged at the full rate.
